Hoxha, at “Debat Plus” in Dukagjin, has said the 3% fund has been the financial basis of resistance in Kosovo in all respects.
This fund has managed to finance needs modestly. Some 300 million marks have been realised in all the diaspora, as Xhavit Haliti, 1 billion 200 thousand”, Hoxha said.
Hoxha said that by 2005, when it was sold “dania Bank”, the fund was managed by U. KFORK in the best way possible.
“After the sale of “dania Banka” worth 5m euros, the Assembly U n KFORK has no longer functioned without the blame of chairmans of funds. The chairman of the 3% fund in Switzerland has said that by 2005 all fund activities have been legal and are used for sensitive needs.
