The British Embassy of Kosovo has also participated in the process of electing the Agency's Executive Secretary for Comparison and Verification of Property, but has been disappointed by the decision by Kosovo Assembly deputies not to vote on any of the names proposed by the Embassy.

The move, according to the Embassy, was a clear violation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the British Embassy and the Kosovo Assembly.
