Albania's Foreign Affairs Minister, Gent Cakaj, has decided that in any country that does not recognise Kosovo, to send Kosovo diplomats as Albanian diplomats, the media are saying.
An advice to Gentin: Do not allow these diplomats to be people whom the powerful Kosovo politicians delegate from their relatives.
Modern states are made of people who rely on professional merit, not on people who have the sole merits of either blood connections with those in power, or receiving the reward for any stolen vote somewhere, during the elections.
Professional meritocracy can bring positive results.
Meanwhile, family meritocracy has only one certain outcome -- the diplomatic humiliation of Kosovo and Albania together.
The philosophy can take a lot of things, except for ignorance and stupidity!
