Commission Chairman Wisar Ymer stressed that eventually the Telekom management has handed over part of the documentation, but not the whole one.
I think we should make another correct request to hand over several other Telekom contracts. We ask from Telekom once again for a review, Ymer said.
He stressed that if criminal acts are found for these contracts, the Commission will send the subject for Telekom to the prosecutor.
Ymer demands that the review of the documentation brought to this commission be examined without the media.
Armend Zemaj, a member said that non-fulfillment of the Investigative Commission has doubts about escaping drowsiness.
MP Milaim Zeka stressed that for abuses, as he said, major in Telekom, this management should bring all documentation with contracts.
