The property of taxpayers, who have not responded to legal requirements from ATK, such as issuing papers, handing over tax burdens to the cadastre, real estate, blocking bank accounts, blocking in Thesar and Customs, setting up hostages, calling for detention of the responsible person at the border, and other actions that are presented in the Tatior legislation.
During March alone as a result of the failure to perform tax duties, activities have been developed to confiscat the property of 46 taxpayers, who have had obligations to ATK worth 1,644,679.00 euros.
The ATK will consistently take similar actions, for all taxpayers who fail to fulfill tax obligations under the Law on Tax Administration and Procedures.
The general motto of our work is to create an environment that strongly supports the voluntary fulfilment of tax duties by taxpayers, so we encourage all taxpayers to carry out tax duties over time so that they do not become subject to mandatory collection actions.
