American analyst: Europe resolves Kosovo issue

Asked how you view the prospect of dialogue, the American analyst says that precisely because there is no approach to the core issues, as well as because of <x0 strong-headed differences” on other issues, especially when it comes to changes of borders, the new round of talks will be nothing more successful than previous efforts.
Carpenter also believes the US should not be involved in resolving the Kosovo problem, but with that, according to him, European powers should be taken over.
