The largest number of accidents according to European Commission figures are registered in Romania and Bulgaria, while Latvia and Croatia follow.
While the most secure countries are Great Britain, Denmark and Ireland.
In 2018, 25,100 people have lost their lives in 28 EU member states in road accidents.
However, these tragic events are taking place a little less than before, reports Top Channel.
The European Commission has set as a target that halves the number of deaths in road accidents by 2020, a difficult target.
