VV MP Albulen Haxhiu, as well as LDK deputy Driton Selmanaj, at a media conference has said they do not rule out the possibility for protests unless this Law collapses.
Haxhiu said the protests would take place to prevent President Thaci's dangerous adventure.
“The VV has repeatedly warned that if the Parliament is a country that cannot produce a document that stops Hashim Thaci and his entire dangerous project, we will take all the means we have available to prevent his dangerous adventure and this delegation”.
We don't rule out protests under any circumstances, and that would be good if it is done in co-operation with the two opposition parties along with Kosovo citizens”.
Neither Selmani has ruled out the possibility of protests, saying it would be the last if institutions fail to take measures.
“We like LDK are convinced that we are in the function of the country's interests, and our attempt is to make this happen through constitutional and democratic instruments within the” institutions.
We consume everything that is constitutional instrument, but if these are not enough we will choose other forms of reaction including road access. We don't want to come to such a situation, but if this coalition and the election of this president in the country's sovereignty report, normally we will also use the democratic right to get to the street”.
