Independent Serb Liberal Party Chairman Slobodan Petrovic has been addressed with an open letter to Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, following the public attacks he had made over his vote for the Kosovo Army, saying the day he was voting he was in Paris rather than in the Parliament.
The first SLS party, which has recently taken the lead in the Ministry of Agriculture, following Nenad Rikallos' dismissal from the Serbian List, has accused Vucic of justifying the failures of the Serbian List by attacking him as SLS chairman.
I am addressing you with this open letter, not for you personally, but above all because of the public you denigrate for days, weeks and months, clearly proving your side, and failing the Serbian List, justifying this by attacking me.
I don't want to get into it if you're doing it consciously and deliberately, or some of your authorities, your advisers or the representatives of the Serbian List have been misled, but I don't think it's serious that the president of a state is making false information and misleading the public. In the last week alone, you mentioned my name three times and you said three times that you're not real”, Petrovic writes in his letter.
“I could return months earlier to count your lies to me, as was what I was in the Kosovo Assembly supporting the formation of the Kosovo Army, though on the day I voted on laws pertaining to the Kosovo Security Force, I was in Paris, but I hope that's enough for now. Honestly, I thought that after Oliver Ivanoviqi's murder, you learned a lesson and that you would stop lying about labelling and attracting targets for your political opponents, but I seem to have erred about it”, Petroviq continues his letter to the head of Serbia.
He has exposed Vuci's claims that he has voted in the Kosovo Parliament platform for dialogue with Serbia, saying he has abstained at the session, which is too easy to verify.
Petrovic also refutes Vucik's claims that he made the quorum at the Kosovo Assembly session on the occasion of approval of the platform, saying that on that day enough MPs had been present, who even without his presence would make the quorum.
While, it has reiterated that new Agriculture Minister Diana Ziviq is not organising protests “1 in 5 million” in Gracanica, and that Vuciq is not telling the truth.
Petrovic has assured Serbian President Vucic that if the SLS organised protests in Gracanica, thousands of people would attend, and not just five-six-six-likes.
