According to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, the United States had a hand in cutting power.
In a post in Twitter, opposition leader Juan Guaido, who is recognised by the US and about 50 other countries as acting president of the country, strongly criticised Nicolas Maduron for the situation created as a result of power outage.
