Those who have a day tomorrow will have to wake up early, because the clock scorpions are going 60 minutes ahead.
On March 31, when it is 2 after midnight, the scorpions will mark at 3: 00 p.m.
Summertime will bring a longer day and shorter night.
The change of the clock occurs twice a year in March and late October when we even enter the winter season.
But this may be the last time the clock changes, as a debate has already been opened in Europe over the issue.
The European Commission has decided on September 12th of this year that the clockwise movement, the return to summer count, will take place on March 31, 2019, as it is abolished in October 2019. This decision is binding for all EU member states.
Albania has not yet made any decision on this
