The change of car license used for the murder of Jurgen Kurt has led to author identification. The Mercedes Benz tool, with which 4 bombers left, belongs to 38-year-old Klodian Bane, born in Patos and residential at Fier.

To use it for the murder, he had put false license plates, which he had removed a few minutes after the crime, and set up original plates in order to lose track.

But the moment the license plates were changed, a couple of miles off the “Zef Jubani”, where the murder was carried out, was fixed by several security cameras that were seized by police.

On film footage, which is in the hands of prosecutors, the original license plate is clearly seen, which led to the identification of the owner of the car, which was found at the home of one of the 3-year-old collaborators.

Elsie Le country, Alesio Berber, and Olsi Qalliu are in prison as his associates. They too are obsessed with security cameras in the Dinamo stadium area, where Kurt lived. Elsie Legrim allegedly guarded the movements of victim Jurgen Kurti and the moment he left the gym has notified other people. The athletes shot as the car was on the move, as Kurt entered the palace where he lived.

The young men arrested have declined crime. One of them has confirmed recognition with fugitive Bane, but not co-operation in the murder.

Police say the evidence is inconsistent. But motives continue to remain a mystery. Investigators suspect that those arrested may have been paid to carry out the murder on behalf of someone else.

The main courses of investigation are those of revenge or possible conflict of the victim.

Jurgen Kurti was charged with the murder of Agim Arap in April 2017, but the Arab family has denied having a role in his murder. However, the son of the victim, Devis Arap, has been declared in a police search, asking to explain where he was at the time of Kurti's assassination.
