Parliamentary Commission for Agriculture Chairman Muharrem Nitaj has sought the commission members' understanding because Minister Zivic has other obligations and that he should leave the meeting prematurely.
This has prompted the Commission member's response from PDK ranks Ganimetie Musliu, who has stressed that commission members had to be informed the previous day, as the commission chairman was aware of this.
You met yesterday, you could report to us and tell us that on these issues, but not today, please, I'm talking. As far as I'm concerned, I'd like to be respected by my word, otherwise I don't see fit to stand on the commission unless we have the right to express our opinion. Parliamentary Commission for Agriculture Chairman Muharrem Nitaj said he believes he will again invite Minister Zhuqi to the meeting with the commission, following remarks by members of this commission.
“Minister, I believe, that at the next meeting there will be all the answers required by the” commission, Nitaj said.
However, Commission member Ganimette Musliu demanded that the ministers not be invited in such reporting, when they have no time to give answers and look there for reasons.
I don't think it's gonna happen to us anymore to invite us into a minister and just say look at the ministry, there's no time for the minister and let him walk. We suffered as commissions and legislatures. The Ministry of Agriculture needs responsibility. Citizens want answers to many of the questions we've gathered for months that we haven't been able to answer either by parliamentary question or through this commission, so once again I'm saying we don't need to see a minister like the” target, Musliu said.
