Tv Klan sources said Mata has surrendered to the capital Police Directorate since Friday evening, but police have been reserved to publish the news.
Mata stayed on the run for five months. Police investigations have not yet established his role in the armed conflict. One of the investigative tracks is that of his direct conflict with Ervis Martin.
His girlfriend, singer Elvana Gjata, has been questioned by the police, who turned down the track of contention as a result of her harassment by Fabian Gage.
Shortly ago, police also arrested Ervin Meta's associate, Fabio Allushin.
Now on the run is the 41-year-old Melviol Billo command, which is accused of opening fire leaving one dead and two wounded. Another businessman, identified as Eldy Dizdari, has been declared in the search. Arrested for the event are Ervis Martinaj and Eljo Hato, who were wounded in that event.
