Unionists are criticising several municipal education directors and school principals that to favour Minister Shyqi Bytyqi is urging teachers to replace lost hours during the 15 days of the strike, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
At the end of February, Bytyqi decided that five days will be replaced by spring break in April, 5 days on Saturday will be replaced during the 2018/2019 school year, as well as 5 days with the end of the 2018/2019 school year.
To that ruling, the SBASK has filed a lawsuit in court, demanding that hours not be replaced without a court ruling. On Friday, however, the Constitutional Court has rejected the demand for delaying the execution of the decision, viewing it as unfounded.
