Starts an extraordinary session

Kosovo's Assembly has started works at the extraordinary session that has been invited to be discussed over the president's Central Election Commission's deadlock. Government representatives are not present at the session. The extraordinary session for spending the budget unplanned by the Government of Kosovo was also held yesterday.
