He has said he has accepted the invitation today, and on 21 May he will be submitted for interviews in the Special Chambers, which operate under the Special Court.
I have accepted an invitation from the Prosecutor's Office in The Hague today and will be presented on May 21st”, Rutcaj told the news.
He said he didn't immediately hire any lawyers and is still unknown in what quality he was invited to.

By contrast, Ndekaj is co-ordinator of Remzi Shala, who is also invited by the Special, but has fled Kosovo and has refused to respond to this court's invitation.
