Spain's top diplomat: We won't recognise Kosovo, but we support dialogue with Serbia

Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Borel has said his country does not oppose Kosovo's independence, but supports reaching a compromise.
Borel, who is on a visit to Belgrade, has met with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, who has told him that '%Span supports reaching a compromise in dialogue with Pristina, writes B92, present Periscopi.
Vuciq has thanked the Spanish foreign minister for his state's stance on Kosovo, saying that in this way, dealt with the vital interests of the Serbian state”.
According to the statement issued by Vuciki's office that broadcast Serbian media, Vucic has told the Spanish top diplomat that Serbia is carefully carrying out the obligations that come out of the Brussels Agreement”, and has mentioned the tariffs imposed by Kosovo on Serbian goods.
