The host of the session, Xhavit Haliti, said there is no quorum to vote the resolution and for the present day close the works in the Assembly.
The initiator of this session, Sami Kurteshi, in advance of the resolution's presentation, said the Parliament requires that the decree of members of the CEC be made without any delay under the constitution.
“The PDK was openly declared to vote on the text and there is only one point, the assembly requires that the decree of the members of the CEC be made without any delay according to the constitution, under the election law and the court's conviction of August 26, 2014, be made, AAK was not declared against it, The PSD was not declared against a side shot but signed, NISMA was not declared against it either for not signing it, and the bad news was that it went out of the subject, but Zeka signed it, group 6+ did not sign it and they said we did not sign without asking coalition deputies”, Kurteshi said.
