Shala: Any investment by Turkey's state is welcome

Minister Shala said the ministry leading is a host of implementing the Strategic Investment Law, stressing that the law creates many facilities for potential investors.

“We have several Turkish companies who are interested in investing in Kosovo in the area of renewable energy and for the Republic of Kosovo any investment by Turkey's state is welcome. I want to guarantee you my commitment that investors from Turkey will have all the facilities the law allows for”, he said.

Shala stressed that for Kosovo, co-operation with Turkey is important, adding that many Turkish companies have invested in Kosovo and have shown success.

While the Turkish ambassador stressed that Kosovo is an important country and has excellent relations.

“wants to stress that for us it is important to deepen co-operation and I believe that MTI plays an important role in this”, he said.
