SASKU-Zeka: In another country, you had to resign and never become an MP again.

The SBASK says that those MPs who during yesterday's extraordinary hearing lost for hours during the strike in education used harsh vocabulary against the leaders of this union, if they were in another country, would have to resign, since, according to them, the charges they have mentioned during yesterday's session are completely unfounded, Time.net broadcasts.
The SBASK, through a media communique, has once again repeated their stand on compensation for lost hours, saying they will not be compensated.
Full announcement:
There's no clock compensation or spring break The SBASK, congratulating students about the completion of the second period of instruction, wants them and their parents good moments of rest with the wish that students and teachers on April 8th resume commitments in the battles for new wisdom.
Honored teachers remember that this year the social community with great challenges in trying to meet our righteous demands.
Once again, we congratulate you on the unity shown because there were attempts after the strike to damage the unity of the SBASK, but you showed high awareness and preserve the unity and respected figure of educators and unionists.
The Steering Council has decided that the hours lost on the strike will not be compensated.
The minister brought a unilateral decision not based on the Law and, as such, SBASK sent him to the Court and is awaiting the justice institution's decision. Pressures have been made here and there by directors of several DKAs and school directors, but failed efforts remain.
Honored teachers were initiated and the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Parliament was held, but instead of constructive debate, a small number of political subject deputies from where the Minister Bytyqi comes came came came from brought grief upon us by insulting us with a dictionary that we have left on their face and dignity.
DEPs Zafir Berisha and Zeka's low-preferd statements showed who they are and influenced us to be even stronger and more unique, and thus we will continue. We respect the law of strike and the institution of justice in anticipation of the Court's decision. MP Zafir Berisha, losing control of his expression from anger and resentment, also voiced opposition to the increased cofficiency for education, citing that the increase is 100 euros and that this is allegedly sending the state to collapse. He and some of his colleagues thus indicated that they were opposed to any raising of the workers in the education sector.
The SBASK remembers MP Zeka that if she has knowledge of a criminal organisation operating in Kosovo, there is no legal obligation, so much when she is deputy of the Kosovo Parliament to initiate procedure in the prosecutor at the request that this organisation be closed, but if you are referring to us and no one in the world can find even one argument because we are not, we are among the most respected unions in Kosovo, the Balkans, Europe and even at the level of the World Educational International, whose membership we are from 1996.
You Zeka, if you were in another country, the least you would have to do when making such a slander and false accusation, you had to resign and never be with the MP. Honored members of the SBASK, such threats that will stop your wages will be removed from your wages and many more and more after, and we can constantly have but these are just trying to get you scared, because all of these are selected through the Labour Law, the Law on Union Organising, the SBASK Statistics and the Kolektive Contrata.
Educated fortunately at the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly, most of the deputies who discussed it were principled and on the side of implementing laws that they themselves have adopted and criticised the initiative to call on this extraordinary session, which, as some of the MPs said, is really trying to intervene in the work and independence of justice institutions, since, as it is known, the Bytyqi minister's decision is in judicial procedure.
Honored mayors, director of education directors and school directors, we hope that this week of spring break will be weeks when you will finally give up pressure on teachers and you will not make invitations that teachers for no reason to present themselves at their place of work, because we consider that revenge against your workers. You are tasked with the Labour Law, but also with Kosovo's Kolektive Education Agreement that education workers are given annual holiday at times when students are on vacation. We remind you that every employee, except for the 30-day annual vacation, has a work experience every 3 years and an extra vacation day, so if a worker has 30 years of work experience, he has another 2 weeks.
Dear SBASK members wishing you good weekend at this weekend, as well as little rest during spring break thank you very much for the unity you're showing and guarantee that we will always be in the forefront of your steadfast demands, despite threats of blackmail and regardless of who comes.
