Sending the Law to the State Delegation to the Constitutional Court from LDK and Vetevendosje Movement has welcomed the party of Shpend Ahmeti.
According to the PSD, it will clarify whether or not the Law is compatible with the Constitution, therefore its legitimacy.
“Paradoxal: On one side the Law is criticised, claiming it intervenes in the constitutional competencies of the heads of institutions in international agreements and on the other is required to stop the same from signing the agreement (read: The president in the deal with Serbia. Logical: The State Delegation is the problem, because it is obstructing the president in the agreement with Serbia”, the PSD's post says.
