Aysiah was charged with killing Kim at Kuala Lampuri Airport, throwing them in his face, nervous agent VX.
She and the other Vietnamese accused, Doan Thi Huong, deny committing murder.
Kim died on her way to the hospital as he later proved to be exposed to the nervous agent VX.
After months of postponement of the trial, the process was scheduled to continue on Monday, but the prosecutor of the case has demanded that Siti Aissiah be released without giving any reason.
In a letter sent to the Indonesian Justice Minister, Malaysia's Prosecutor General has clarified the decision, justifying Aisiah's release with cases raised by Jakarta, as well as good relations between the two states.
The case judge has accepted the request for the release of the accused woman, who in case of punishment could face a death sentence. /rel
