In the afternoon of March 21st 2018, with 80 votes for, 11 against and no abstention, the Parliament approved the demarcation after four times of interruption due to the opposition's tear gas shooting.
Because of the gas drop that day, most VV deputies were excluded from the hearing.
The process of adopting the demarcation lasted three years and was preceded by a major debate, protests and numerous reactions from citizens, politicians and international people.
The country's leaders at the time declared that the adoption of demarcation would ensure the free movement of Kosovo citizens, but today, even a year later, there is still no positive development about visa liberalisation.
We also remember that even though the demarcation was ratified, the correction of the line between Kosovo and Montenegro has still occurred.
