He has added that there has been an offer from the Serbian List to join, but has refused.

The daily “danas” of Berodard conveys Rashiki's statement concerning the conflict of Serbian Liberal Party leader (SLS), Slobodan Petrovic, with representatives of the Serbian List. He thinks this conflict can escalate.

Kosovo's “Serbs mostly have problems with Belgrade or the ruling party. Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has sometimes declared that there are no Serbs in the south. He is deliberately downplaying the role of Serbs in the south (of Kosovo) because of the plan he has with Thaci“, Rassic was quoted as saying.

He has warned of partitioning between Serbs in Kosovo, while adding that he does not see the situation improve in the future and that Serbs find common languages to protect their interests.

There is a psychological divide between the Serbs of the north and those of the south. The problem is that directives come from a party from Belgrade. When the Serbian List was established, I have said that this party will not work for the interests of Serbs in Kosovo, but for regional interests. There is permanent pressure working on behalf of the current institutions in Belgrade”, Rassic has said.

Speaking of relations with the Serbian List, Rashiqi has said she did not want to be part of it and that she has told her that “she does not think well of Kosovo Serbs”.

Rashiqi in two mandates has been minister in the Government of Kosovo.
