He is visiting Kosovo, as part of a several-day tour of Western Balkan countries, and within the framework of the advanced Unportal Port programme, along with the medical team from the Torocal Surgery Clinic, will perform three operations today.
Speaking of the Wats Unportal operating method, Rivas stressed that such surgery is accompanied by a little pain, and the patient is treated very quickly.
“We're going to do an operation with a small hole, meterokoscope, we're going to make a lower left and a lobby up to the right, which causes very little bloodshed, very little pain, and the patient is soon healed and released at the house”, Rivas said.
The application of this method aims to raise the professional standard of working in QKUK clinics, respectively, for surgeons of Toroque Surgery to possess the most modern treatment procedures of surgical diseases.
The director of the Toroque Surgery Clinic, Saudin Maliqi, said Riva's arrival to Kosovo is historic for the University Clinical Centre.
Their “arrival is a historic moment for us, it's a very big event. This team's arrival is arranged and we applied a year ago. We have made a lot of effort to bring it to Kosovo”, Maleki's funeral.
Rivas delivered a speech yesterday at the National Telemedicine Centre, where regional centres, as well: Skopje and Tirana.
