The majority MPs, but also the four new LSI deputies who will receive the mandate today, have been notified of a special entry that has been scheduled near the Parliament.
State police have mounted moving steps that will enable MPs to enter the Tirana Fortress.
The Parliament building will also be surrounded by razor wire.
