Prosecutor Wants Revocation of Pensions for 19 thousand veterans

The accused, who were present at today's session at the Pristina Constitutional Court, have been declared about their guilt, saying they are innocent and that this Special Prosecutor's act is unfounded.

Meanwhile, the prosecution has demanded that veterans stop pensions until the trial for the swollen lists is complete.

The court has not yet ruled, until the KLA's OVL has warned protests in case this prosecution proposal is approved by the Court.

At this special prosecutor's hearing, Enver Krasniqi has submitted his request to suspend payment for 19 thousand veterans until the end of the trial process.

According to him, this should be done with the reason that “the result of the criminal act by defendants has been damaged Kosovo's budget and continues to be damaged. Therefore, considering Kosovo's budget as public interest, the state prosecutor has full legal authorisation to request such a”, Krasniqi has said.
