The prosecution warns Ramiz Ladrovci of reckless statements

Drenas municipality head Ramiz Ladrovci spoke in detail about the case of misusing a 16-year-old, where three people are accused; a Kosovo Police member, a teacher and a lawyer. Although justice organs have no information on any other suspects, Ladrovci says that even the teacher [...]
Ladrovci does not believe that the news a teacher has misused with the 16-year-old girl is very true. As a result, he mentioned that the teacher in question taught her only an hour of 45 minutes. And the first of Drenas said that they have information that other teachers are involved.
We're back yesterday because there's information about other people involved in sexual abuse with the girl and there's other teachers. We have written to the prosecutor, please, in case you are conducting investigations against another teacher, inform us to take measures so that the image of our schools will not waver and take measures against the law”, Ladrovci said.
Periscope has contacted Pristina Deputy Prosecutor-in-chief Ibrahim Berisha. He says the investigator has his job, while if the mayor has additional information and facts, he should be directed to the prosecution.
Berisha emphasises that Ladrovci can only talk about negative phenomena in his municipality.
He's the mayor of the municipality and he's probably interested in talking to me about something but the investigator has his job and I know all the cases are recorded in the DA. So he can take those disciplinary measures if he knows he's somebody. We have a communicé with him. If he has elements and evidence, he can get straight to the D.A. and sue me. He as mayor could talk to me about the phenomena in his municipality. Otherwise I don't know how much he's right. But I also know that several actions have been taken at the educational director's office, or certain disciplinary measures, the deputy prosecutor said.
To see if Ladrovci's statements are in accordance with legal law, Periscope has also come up with the opinion of a legal expert.
Cameron Kerveshi explains that in this case, Ramiz Ladrovci should be invited to the quality of the prosecution witness and assist the case with information he may have.
Such a statement should be used as a basis for the tracking organs for the publisher to invite to interview the witness's quality, if the same can provide more accurate information than what he said in the public, and that the same can help case, Kerves said about Periscope.
The 16-year-old case in Drenas, which was discovered in the media a month earlier, had shaken public opinion. Police official Wessel Veselin and Professor Marzezen Dzetaj, suspected of sexual abuse, are being held in custody, while lawyer Gazmend Halilaj, involved in the case, has been assigned home arrest measure.
The case of the sexual abuse of 16-year-old from Drenas, A.G., had begun in June 2016. By that time, the student had had had sexual relations with the suspected professor, Shosen Jackien, who taught in juvenile school. They were also neighbors. Both of them lived in the village of Poklek in the Crenna Congregation, and they had been known together as family, even before the girl went to high school.
According to the statement she had given in the police, twice when the educator who gave the same subject as Jackie had replaced her and thus legalized A.G. Initially, both of these, the minor and the educator, had started communicating via Facebook, and then they had also had coffee in the village.
As the minor had stated in the police, both of them usually met at 1: 00 p.m., and after a time both of them continued to meet together, they had also had sexual relations.
After her report to the police she thought the torture against her would end. But instead of finding help, it has found a “pan” police slave. After receiving the statement, the naked photographing of the victim and forensic expertise, investigator Wessel Wessel had threatened and blackmailed him into having sex with him.
After sexual exploitation for more than a year, the girl was pregnant. The investigator, had forced the girl to abort at the gynecologist's clinic, Fehmi Ahmeti in Pristina.
For this reason, protests were also held in the main cities of Kosovo./ P ERISCOPI/
