The prosecution charges her with beating and forcing her to have an abortion

The Founding Procuror in Gjilan, March 6, 2019, has filed an indictment against US defendants, due to criminal acts: a 195 paragraph 2 points 2.4, and an unfair break in pregnancy, from Article 184 paragraph 2 related to Article 32 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code<1>

The defendant has reportedly been in the indictment since September 2018 to January 21st, 2019, in the village of Zeger of the Gjilan municipality, had been practicing violence against the injured A.R. and forced him to abort.

“According to the indictment, the S.H. defendant, from September 2018, to January 21, 2019, in the village of Jäger, the municipality of Gjilan, through physical and psychic violence, has exercised domestic violence against his co-existenceer A.R., forcing him to act against her will and to have their child's abortion in the fifth month of pregnancy, which was committed in the Republic of Macedonia”, disclosed by the prosecution.

The defendant, by means of fraud, dizziness, and pressure, had moved the injured to make such a decision.
