From October 2016 to March of this year's management of this case by the tribunal has spoken of a series of failed and unable court hearings to impose justice against the State Prosecutor's claims on the case, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Azem Syla and his “group” are accused of misusing their official position for social land business. The Act has to do with the case of lands in “Veternik” and Caglavica, where Albanians and Serbs are involved.
But “the history” of the treatment has many other high profile cases for which the indictment was established. Many failed sessions and years late to legally start to handle several cases in court is the story that conveys most of the trials, including the high profile of the accused.
