Periscop reported last week on the suspicious ties of Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli with company manager Reis Group Innerctional - What? C.LC., Henrique Rais.
The company in question, according to Jack Daives' research, independent journalist who wrote the extenuously article on Periscope, pointed out that (the company) figures in American justice documents like the international investigation wards for its links to organised criminal groups, ghost companies, cartels and corrupt politicians”.
