Musliu, on “Dosier D” at RTV Dukaagjini, has said that after the attack Serbian forces made on the Jashari family on January 22nd that same year, as an imam in Drenas had decided with several others to visit the Jashar family.
“The first attack on them occurred and went to visit him. I remember being told Baci Shaban: "You've come a new hodge in Drenas, people are talking good words about you." I told them maybe they're talking good words. I got a request for you. You are preparing us to see what you want and in some form you have declared war on Serbia because you are not willing to surrender. You and your soul can do whatever you want but with these kids and these women...”
“... He said, "Hodge, this is how we're prepared, and they want to, Inshallah God helps us. That family is prepared for this situation on the basis of their behavior and history”, he said, conveys Telegrafi.
Hoxha from Drenas reports that the events in Licoshan and Chires were followed when 24 Albanians were killed.
After the funerals in Likoshan and Chirez, where almost all of Kosovo were, came March 5th. I remember when I woke up to forgive you the sabah when you heard gunshots. I took Uncle Murat Musliu's son after he knew the situation better than I did because he was a KMDLNJ official. When we came to Rezala Hill, he told me that Shaban Yasar's” family is under attack.
Musliu says that after we had been watching the situation for a long time, we tried to call Fehmi Agani or Pajas Nusin but the phone line didn't work.
We had an air phone, and we contacted Albania's ambassador to Belgrade. He told us we have some information but not detailed. Then we clarified the situation”, Osman Musliu said among other things.
