Otherwise, far right party, “ECRE” has received more than double the vote compared to the previous elections, by 17.8 percent. These results are published on the official page of the Election Commission.
This institution has announced that 63.1 percent of citizens have rightly participated in this election. Two other parties that were part of the government coalition, the Social Democrat Party and the party “Isama” received 9.8 and 11.4 percent of the vote. It is believed that these parties could form coalitions with the winning party to make the 56-seat majority in the 101-seat assembly.
“Now starts the real job of uniting the government and starting leadership of the country”, Kallas told the public broadcaster.
The new government is expected to face slow economic growth. Experts have predicted that Estonia's economy will grow by 2.7 percent this year compared to 3.9 percent in 2018, writes the Guardian”.
