OAK requests additional clarification of the ELKO case

Kosovo's Afarism Oda through a communique for media reports that the previous day it was addressed to Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj in connection with statements published by the owner of HINA ELCOS Group”, Ramiz Kelmendi, who has said that obstacles have been made to the municipality of Tirana in building the market, even though it was originally allowed to buy land and construction permits.

OAK says it has received an answer from Veliaj on the issue, but that it is not satisfied with the answer.

In the letter sent by the OAK, Veliaj points out that the space purchased by ELKOS and some other spaces are dedicated to building the city's Iron Terminal.

And OAK in the next letter asks Veliyan why he was allowed. E LCOS has been given construction permits, and has been allowed to pay for construction in the amount of 1.2m euros, given the decisions that have been made on changing destination.
