Satellite evidence from several US surveillance troops and evidence of South Korean intelligence services show rapid progress in rebuilding facilities in the Sohae missile launch block in Tongchang-ri.
The BBC reported that these images were taken only two days after talks between US and North Korean leaders, which ended without any agreement on deregulation.
Tongchang has been used to launch satellites and test engines, but never to launch ballistic missiles.
The promise to dismantle it was seen as a measure of faith building between jinn and Washington
