The state delegation's duties, responsibilities and competencies are envisioned to discuss the draft law.
But it is LDK Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti, who requested that this session be postponed for another day. So Hoti also gave his reasoning about why he should be put off. “We have requested the extraordinary session, but MPs from the ruling coalition have not come with the reasoning of KLA's manifestation. Today is the third day of this era and at the request of the prime minister to hold the session. It's an insult to those victims. It should not be discussed. I demand that the prime minister withdraw the request and this debate be another day,”, Hoti said. But Hoti's request was not voted on by the majority of MPs, as the same has been put to the polls, where he has received 31 votes for delaying the session, while 34 have voted against it.
According to this vote, the extraordinary session will continue.
