For 20 years, he goes out looking for work as a laborer, along with many other unemployed people, KTV reports.
He has never been able to engage in regular employment, except when he is temporarily engaged in making money that he says is hard to obtain his survival.
Like Enver Ahmeti, there are many other Kosovo citizens who wait here all day long and often end up without earning a cent at the end of the day.
They complain that institutional leaders have only worked to comfort their families and earn millions for themselves, never thinking of other citizens.
Meanwhile, statistics show that the unemployment rate in the country has increased by 0.1 per cent.
This has led Kosovo to rank as the country with the highest unemployment rate in the region.
The most pronounced unemployment under the AKS is in women, where more than 38 per cent are unemployed, compared to men who are unemployed 29.2 per cent.
The most pronounced unemployment rate is among 15-24-year-old groups, with about 60 per cent of this unemployed age.
