Dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade can hardly begin before June of this year. That's how connoisseurs feel about political developments in the country.

According to them, elections within the European Union and the failure to agree on major powers in terms of the final agreement are among the reasons for not continuing this dialogue, even though the tax was recently seen as a process that has caused a impasse in dialogue.
