Limaj says lifting tariffs and many other agreements previously reached between Kosovo and Albania are on a good track to implement.
“We, like Kosovo, are ready immediately to implement the roaming, but I believe Tirana too quickly believes through the Government's decision and Parliament will make that decision and in May we will have no problem with the roaming, and it will be implemented then there is the question of driver patents that has almost been carried out. In the matter of free circulation of citizens, we need to be careful by respecting our obligations with the European Union as two countries”, Limaj says.
The roaming fee implies the telecommunication and service that citizens use in another country by a mobile operator center. These fees are mostly twice as high as those used for telecommunications within a state.
