This court ruled on March 20th for Karadzic, a key figure in Balkan wars, declaring it a life sentence.
The former Bosnian Serb leader had already appealed to his 40-year sentence, which he received in 2016 for war crimes and genocide.
Karadzic, 73, was sentenced for the July 1995 Srebrenica massacre, where more than eight thousand Muslim men and boys were killed by Bosnian Serb forces.
He was also found guilty of leading a campaign of ethnic cleansing that displaced Croats and Muslims from areas of Bosnia claimed by Serbs.
