Jasharaj does not return after the commission's call: Ask Minister Bytyqi for the created situation

The Commission for Education in the Kosovo Assembly today has discussed the recently created situation, where it has demanded compensation of hours lost during the strike. While MANT has decided that classes will be replaced, the SBASKU is turning out to be a big opponent, even sending the case to the Court. This union has [...]
SBASKA chief Beftman Jasharaj in a premonition for Periscope has said the Education Commission should seek answers from August, which according to him is possible to create fog in the opinion and that it has violated the law on strikes.
We have a unique attitude. The Steering Council has decided that the hours lost on the strike will not be compensated and authorized us to head to court. The SBASK has been addressed to the court with the indictment-requisite against the August decision to compensate for the hours. August and others have tried to create haze in the opinion because the Court has returned a letter to us saying that part of the request to suspend the decision to the hearing held in court regarding this matter. Despite what the court brings, we will reason on the decision of justice institutions, convinced that the court will bring a decision for our request, because we are based on law, and the August is the one that is not based on law because the strike law does not impose strikers to make compensation for hours or days lost on strike, says Jasharaj for Periscope.
On the other hand, Jasharaj has called on institutions to be taught by this case and not to force SBASKU to go on strike.
If it were, then the power, value, and reason of strike would lose. Why hold a strike when institutions would know that hours would be compensated. It's good for institutions to get used to this case and not send us on other strikes. As for the missing hours, the teachers themselves decide and we are their voice, Jasharaj said.
Regarding the Education Commission's call for the SBASK and August to face MPs, the SBASK chief said they will go and argue their position.
We don't respond to the parliamentary Committee for Education. The answer is the minister, and they should ask the minister why this is happening. We are willing to sit before honored deputies and offer all our arguments that speak that we are not obliged to replace any lost hour on strike. We don't run away from facing why we have our arguments. Neither Minister Bytyqi nor MPs, nor anyone in this Kosovo should come above the law. We are respecting the law on strikes, Jasharaj says away.
SASK a few days ago, Officially, it has come out against the decision of Minister of Education, Science and Technology Shyqi , who has sought the compensation of missing classes during the three-week education workers' strike.
This union has demanded that hours lost during the strike not be replaced until the court's final conviction regarding the legality of the No's decision: 911 on the 27,2019 for compensation of hours lost during the strike, which the minister of Education, Science and Technology has issued.
However, the court dropped only part of their request to have the AugustA verdict suspended for compensation for lost hours until the Court's verdict.
On the other side, MA A week ago, he made a decision. So that lost hours of strike will be replaced as follows:
(five) days to be replaced by spring break, April 2019;
ʹ 5 (five) Saturdays to be replaced during the 2018/2019 school year;
(five days) prolong the end of the 2018/2019 school year.
The teacher's strike, initiated by the SBASK, was linked to the winter break of late December 2018 and continued until February of this year. Following a second offer by Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj for a rise in the wage coefytor, the lesson had started in all Kosovo schools. /PERISCOP/
