In the deportation of six Turkish citizens, 31 findings of the Investigative Commission testify that Kosovo institutions have not respected human rights, violating European legal procedures and principles on such issues. We have taken concrete institutional action about these violations, despite obstacles in the Assembly to take this matter to the end. The reactions of friendly countries' embassies testify to the seriousness of the violations and damages to democratic order in this case. This case could damage our path to the EU.
