Hasani: The policeman in Suhareka had mental problems, was also a bully

MP The PDK, Nat Hasani, says that the policeman who killed the casino officer in Suhareka has previously been convicted of sexual exploitation, and police have again returned him to work.

Similarly, Hasan says he has been informed that the policeman who committed the murder has been previously treated at the neuropsykiatre hospital.
