Haradinaj: We're working to change the thinking that someone is invulnerable.

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said no one is above the law in Kosovo. He made these comments at the Law Rule Summit.

Haradinaj says he has been invested in strengthening the police, the Prosecutor's and Courts to eradicate the mentality that someone is immune to”.

No one is above the law, and Kosovo has the capacity and courage to face complex cases. At today's summit of the High Rule of Law, the focus was our institutions' role in their action against impunity. To eradicate the mentality that someone is invulnerable, we have invested in strengthening police, prosecutors and courts, we have changed and strengthened laws, and we have established new penal policies for high profiles. Self-aware that we still have work to do to prove enough political will and determination in establishing the rule of law, in the field before us the justice system must have the primary goal of successfully completing all cases targeted and effectively fighting impunity”, Haradianj wrote. /Periscope.
