He's in an interview for RTSH, has said it has been an ancient idea of Serbia, to divide Kosovo, a part of Albania and a part of Serbia.
He has also confirmed that Putin is also interested in changing the borders in the Balkans, because he wants to return the impact to the former states that had impacted the USSR.
He also said Russia made a lot of money in Kosovo, which he said has enough information from the secret services of Kosovo and Albania, not wanting to give other details.
Prime Minister Haradinaj, pointing out Russia's claim to influence Macedonia and Montenegro, said its influence is more difficult in Kosovo, as people have other attitudes and is a country but an American.
