Guaido has spent several days moving through Latin American countries in search of support for his campaign to form a government in transition and bring down Maduro, whom he denounced as an illegal usurper.
He visited Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay after leaving Venezuela last week for Colombia to coordinate efforts to send humanitarian aid to his country. However, troops loyal to Maduro blocked a relief truck and sent it back.
Returning to Venezuela, Guaido made it known through a conference, but the exact time is unknown.
