Foreign embassies in Belgrade with joint statement on March 24th 1999

On the day of the 20th anniversary of the start of NATO bombings against Serbia's military and police targets that were causing terror and horror among Kosovo's Albanian population, embassies of Western countries in Belgrade have published a joint statement, broadcast Koha.net.
Representatives of embassies in Canada, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States of America in Serbia have signed the declaration.
As I follow FoNEt, in the statement, stresses that March 24th is remembered as the day that diplomacy failed and that “na sincerely regrets civilian victims during the events of 999”.
We share with all those who in the 1990s have lost their beloved” in a joint statement that concludes that “preserving memory and memory for them, we are determined to make even more efforts to contribute to the peace and long-term stability of the region”.
