Last March 29th, of Turkish citizens Cihan Ozkan, Kahraman Demirez, Hasan Hüseyin Günakan, Mustafa Erdem, Osman Karakaya and Yusuf Karabina were illegally expelled from Kosovo.
The country's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had condemned the case, where he has also dismissed Interior Minister Flamur Sefaj and AKI Director Driton Gashi from office.
Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan had reacted to this decision, calling it shameful. While he had thanked the country's President Hashim Thaci for the move.
The last operation in Kosovo is neither the first nor the last. From here I thank the president of Kosovo. But I say to the prime minister, "turp," because the departure from the task of the head of intelligence, the interior minister, who gave us members of the FETO terrorist organisation, is a historic mistake because they did their task”, Erdogan had declared.
The Parliamentary Investigative Commission for the expulsion of six citizens has already recorded 31 violations in this case.
These violations uncovered by the Parliamentary Investigative Commission have resulted in Kosovo's flagrantly violating human rights, not respecting any local and international law.
Turkish citizens who were expelled from Kosovo have been on the run by the Turkish state, under suspicion of having links to Fetullah Gulen's organisation, which by Turkish authorities is called terrorist and responsible for attempted coup in Turkey.
