Consumers endangered and deceived in all sectors

March 15th is known as International Consumer Day, aimed at protecting consumers.

The protection is about preserving consumer health and safety as well as protecting them from any abusive practice and businessmen.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry, weighing overly important consumer protection by the end of 2012, has created the Consumer Protection Department as a special unit. And there is already the Consumer Protection Law.

Kosovo citizens, however, are still at risk for their health by non-cilable products and counterfeit merchants with smuggled goods.

The incidents that were presented, even from previous reports, are from all sectors, causing citizens to be dissatisfied with the services or products they offer you.

The most frequent polls are said to be for prices, poor quality of products or services, use deadlines, etc.

By contrast, International Consumers ' Day is marked every March 15 as American President John F. Kennedy passed the Consumer Rights Law.
